We’re a husband & wife team, since 1986. We are passionate about living a healthy life, creative cooking, art, sculpture & design and RV travel that has allowed us to explore USA, mainland Mexico and the beaches of Baja. We both hold Certificates in Nutrition and Joan is currently completing Certification in Health Coaching & Holistic Wellness.
